Diamine Prussian Blue on Leuchtturm1917

Ink

Diamine Prussian Blue is a unsaturated blue-black that feels a little on the dry side in a fine nib. It feels fine in a medium nib.

This wasn’t the colour that came to mind when I think of Prussian blue so I was a bit disappointed when I first used it. This colour made me think of old, faded jeans. After using it for a while, I started to enjoy the ink, as long as I no longer think of it as Prussian blue. I also felt it looked especially good when using for sketching.

Paper

I managed to get a LEUCHTTURM1917 2020 planner for a cheap price at the end of the year when shops are clearing the unsold 2020 planners. It used the same 80gsm paper found in LEUCHTTURM1917 notebooks so I decided to use it for writing samples.

Writing Sample

This is written with a TWSBI ECO-T medium nib.
