Ink
This is an exclusive ink from Pure Pens. On their website, the full name for this ink is Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Purple Jubilee Ink. I’m just going to call it Platinum Purple.
The ink was created in celebration of Queen Elizabeth II’s 70th year of reign. She is the first UK monarch to reach this so it is a momentous milestone. On the bottle label is the official emblem for The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. The ink colour is a warm medium purple. On some papers, there is a subtle gold sheen. It has an average flow.
On Midori MD paper, there is no shading, subtle sheen, no feathering and no bleedthrough.

The ink is a little hard to clean out of the pen. In the photo above, you can see a ring of colour residue and a slight purple tinge on the pen barrel. Using a pen flush got rid of both the ring and purple tinge.
Writing Sample
This was written with a TWSBI ECO-T medium nib.

Below are a couple of photos of how it looks when it was written on both sides of the paper.
