Ink
Elysium Green (Kayangan 1967) is the full name of the ink. It is named after Kayangan Lake which is said to be the cleanest lake in the Philippines. In 1967, the island where the lake was located was declared a National Reserve.
The ink is a dark green and has an average flow. While doing the writing samples, I noticed that the pen gently burped ink a few times, just enough to notice a sudden darkening and thickening of the line. It about once every few pages. This is the first time I’ve experienced it. I’m not sure if it is the ink, the pen, the weather, or maybe a combination of all. It is also quite likely that you may not experience the burping issues I did, so YMMV.
