For Karari, Kakimori describes it as:

Fresh like an endlessly clear sky. Karari describes a bright, cloudless day. With this blue in hand, a break in the clouds is never far away.

Karari is a sound effect with several meanings. It can be used to depict open, clear or unobstructed. It is also used to show weather clearing up.

This is a pigment-based ink with a wet flow. The colour is a lovely medium blue. Like the other Kakimori inks in this series, the pigment can be hard to clean out of a pen, especially when it has dried. It also takes a longer time for the ink to dry when writing. I didn’t time it but the drying time is long enough for me to notice the difference.

On Muji paper,
